RPESH 2026 takes place at the UKIM Congress Centre in Ohrid, Republic of North Macedonia.
The conference is held at the Congress Center of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Ohrid, on the shore of Lake Ohrid near the settlement of Lagadin. The centre hosts the plenary sessions, the parallel sessions and the poster area over the three conference days.
Besides its conference halls, the centre has a park of 30,000 m², its own car park, a sports ground and accommodation for participants.

The centre is at 57A Naum Ohridski Street, Ohrid. The map below shows the city; use the links underneath for door-to-door directions.
Accommodation is not included in the conference fee and must be arranged individually by each participant. Participants may choose a hotel, apartment, or another type of accommodation in Ohrid, preferably near the UKIM Congress Centre.
Due to high tourist demand in Ohrid during September, early booking is strongly recommended.

Ohrid stands on the shore of Lake Ohrid, one of the oldest and deepest lakes in Europe. The city and the lake are inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List for both their natural and cultural value.
In September the city combines mild late-summer weather with a calmer end of the tourist season — a setting that suits three days of scientific work as well as walks along the lake.
